I then spoke with Cheryl, and immediately her energy, Knowledge, and demeanor sparked my interest. I should have left this review quite awhile ago, so I apologize. I can't say enough great things about Cheryl Bare. She helped me with a rental property and found me tenants. I don't think realtors make much money at all on things like that, but Cheryl took her time, explained things to me and found us some good tenants in addition to helping in other areas. She worked hard and was focused on doing a great job— which she did! She knew I didn't know what I was doing so she took her time to educate me and point me in the right direction. She was more concerned about making sure my needs were met and went out of her way to see to it that everything worked out. I highly recommend her and her team. She's not just a realtor, she is a caretaker of all things real estate and absolutely knows her stuff!

I hired Cheryl as my agent after my research showed she’s a top selling agent with 30 years’ experience. She and her team, Melinda and Jimmy were very personable, professional, and responsive through text, phone, and email. Cheryl clearly explained and assisted me through the entire process from choosing the selling price, tips for staging my home, providing contacts for various services like roofer/painter etc., cost effective ways to update my home, how to evaluate offers, and the closing. If she was a buyer’s agent in the area where I planned to move, I would’ve selected her for that process! I highly recommend Cheryl for her expertise and honesty!

Mallory has been extremely helpful throughout our home buying adventure! Very professional, upfront, and honest. We threw her several curveballs, making a big move to Maryland from overseas, but she was able to handle everything. We knew that she was someone we could trust to get us through this experience. An absolutely amazing realtor!!! Cheryl is without a doubt the best realtor that I have ever worked with. She was attentive, knowledgeable of both what we were looking for and what the market and area looked like. Having moved to this area from Kentucky we knew no one and had very little knowledge about the area. She was an advocate for us at every step of the home buying process. Overall very happy with our experience, and our realtor Jenna. Cheryl's team has so many industry contacts that we had the BEST contractors and inspectors possible. Several issues arose with our sale transaction and we could not be more pleased with how they were resolved. And we were very picky buyers, but Jenna waws very accommodating and patient with us! Showed us many, many houses and we appreciate that. And cannot say enough about the contacts they have! We have now been in our new home for half a year and love it!

We cannot thank Mallory enough for helping us buy our first house. Buying a house for the first time is extremely nerve wracking but we always felt comfort knowing Mallory had our back. She explained what was going on every step of the way while educating us. Mallory was always available to talk to and answered all of our questions, even after moving in!
